摘 要:煤气化是将煤转化为合成气的有效方式之一,而我国每年的气化渣产量巨大,且未得到有效处置和利用。气化渣造成的资源浪费和环境污染问题日益严重,迫切需要寻找高效合理的气化渣资源化利用方式。目前气化渣的资源化综合利用存在利用率低、成本高和规模化效应差等问题,且还未形成一套成熟的资源化利用体系。因此,近年来学者针对气化渣的特殊结构及性质,尤其是细渣,提出了可以将其用于土壤改良的新思路。气化渣具有比表面积大、多孔结构、颗粒粒径大、持水性能好、碳硅含量高等特点,可以作为硅肥、堆肥添加剂、腐殖酸缓释剂、土壤改良剂等。重点分析了气化渣在土壤改良中应用的优缺点及效果,并指出未来的研究方向及问题。Coal gasification is one of the effective ways to convert coal into synthetic gas,but the annual production of gasification slag in China is huge and has not been effectively disposed and utilized.With the increasingly serious problems of resource waste and environmental pollution caused by gasification slag,there is an urgent need to find efficient and reasonable ways to utilize gasification slag resources.At present,the comprehensive utilization of gasification slag resources has problems such as low utilization rate,high cost,and poor scale efficiency,and a mature resource utilization system has not yet been formed.Therefore,in recent years,scholars have proposed new ideas for using gasification slag,especially fine slag,for soil improvement due to its unique structure and properties.Gasification slag has the characteristics of large surface area,porous structure,large particle size,good water holding performance,and high C and Si content.It can be used as a silicon fertilizer,composting additive,humic acid slow-release agent,soil amendment,etc.The advantages,disadvantages,and effects of gasification slag application in soil improvement were analyzed,and future research directions and problems were pointed out.
