摘　　要：创面微生态环境在慢性创面的发生发展中发挥着不可或缺的作用,中药治疗慢性创面具有很好的临床效果。为深入研究中药治疗慢性创面的机制,文章从创面微生态角度总结归纳,发现中药能够干预创面菌群而调控慢性创面的物理屏障、生物屏障及免疫屏障,促进慢性创面的愈合。文章同时提出中药基于创面菌群在慢性创面修复中存在的共性问题及应用前景,为中药干预创面菌群促慢性伤口愈合及合理开发中药资源提供理论依据。The wound microecological environment plays a crucial role in the onset and progression of chronic wounds.Chinese herbal medicine(CHM)has demonstrated significant clinical efficacy in managing chronic wounds.To further investigate the mechanisms underlying CHM treatment for chronic wounds,this review summarizes current findings from the perspective of wound microecology.Studies have shown that CHM can modulate wound flora,thereby regulating the physical,biological,and immune barriers of chronic wounds,which facilitates the healing process.Additionally,this paper outlines common challenges and future applications of CHM in chronic wound repair based on wound flora,providing a theoretical foundation for utilizing CHM to modulate wound microecology,promote chronic wound healing,and guide the rational development of CHM resources.
