电针疗法对肾阳虚型少弱精子症大鼠精子质量的干预效应研究

摘　　要：目的探究电针对肾阳虚型少弱精子症大鼠的干预效应。方法40只雄性SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、电针组、阳性药物组,每组10只。除空白组,其余组采用腺嘌呤灌胃法制备少弱精子症大鼠模型,连续28d,造模成功后,分别对电针组(电针额旁3线、肾俞、京门、太溪,每次30min,1次/d,连续28d)、阳性药物组(以10ml/kg左卡尼汀口服液灌胃,连续28d)进行干预。治疗后取各组大鼠双侧肾和睾丸称重并计算脏器系数;一侧肾脏作HE染色组织病理观察;检测附睾精子数量和存活率;ELISA检测血清性激素T、INHB的变化。结果模型组大鼠双侧肾脏系数较空白组升高(P<0.05);电针组大鼠双侧肾脏系数较模型组降低(P<0.05)。模型组精子数量、存活率较空白组降低(P<0.05);阳性药物组、电针组大鼠精子数量、存活率较模型组增高(P<0.05)。模型组T、INHB水平较空白组降低(P<0.05);电针组和阳性药物组T、INHB水平较模型组升高(P<0.05)。结论电针可提高少弱精子症大鼠精液质量,调节生殖激素水平,从而改善其生殖功能。Objective To investigate the effect of electroacupuncture(EA)on oligoasthenospermia(OAS)rats with kidney yang deficiency.Methods 40 male SD rats were randomly assigned to four groups:the blank group,model group,EA group and positive drug group,with 10 rats in each group.Except for the blank group,the OAS models were prepared in the other groups using an adenine gavage method for 28 consecutive days.After successful modeling,the EA group received EA at lateral frontal line 3,Shenshu(BL 23),Jingmen(GB 25),and Taixi(KI 3)(30 min/d for 28 days),while the positive drug group were respectively interfered by administering levocarnitine oral liquid(10 mL/kg via gavage for 28 days).After treatment,both kidneys and testes were weighed to calculate organ coefficients.One kidney underwent HE staining for histopathological observation.Sperm count and survival rate of epididymis were measured,and serum levels of testosterone(T)and inhibin B(INHB)were analyzed with ELISA.Results The bilateral kidney coefficients in the model group were higher than those in blank group(P<0.05).The EA group showed reduced kidney coefficients compared to the model group(P<0.05).The sperm count and survival rate of the model group were lower than those of the blank group(P<0.05),while both the positive drug group and EA group exhibited increased sperm count and survival rate compared to the model group(P<0.05).The levels of T and INHB in the model group were lower than those in the blank group(P<0.05),whereas the EA and positive drug groups demonstrated elevated T and INHB levels(P<0.05).Conclusion EA improves semen quality,regulate reproductive hormone levels and improve reproductive function in rats with OAS.
