摘  要:在DRG支付方式改革大背景下,医院运营管理面临新的挑战。如何有效调动临床科室运营管理的积极性,已成为医院管理者面临的难题。职能部门MDT运营管理是一种创新性的服务机制,通过运营数据分析能够精准把握科室发展的关键问题,从医院全局出发,对人力资源、设备配置、床位等关键资源进行科学规划和合理配置,确保资源利用达到最佳效果,实现效率和效益最大化。以问题为导向进一步分析临床科室的收入结构、业务量、运营效率等指标,有针对性地开展运营管理工作,为科室提出建议和改进方案,促进临床科室改善服务行为,提高服务质量,提升服务效率。Under the backdrop of DRG payment reform,hospital operational management faces new challenges.Effectively motivating clinical departments to engage in operational management has become a key issue for hospital administrators.Functional department MDT(multidisciplinary team)operational management is an innovative service mechanism that,through operational data analysis,accurately identifies key issues in departmental development.From a hospital-wide perspective,it enables scientific planning and rational allocation of essential resources such as human resources,equipment,and bed capacity to maximize resource utilization and overall efficiency and effectiveness.By focusing on problems,the approach further analyzes indicators such as departmental income structure,service volume,and operational efficiency,and proposes targeted suggestions and improvement plans to enhance service behavior,service quality,and service efficiency in clinical departments.
