摘　　要：科技成果转化连接着基础研究与临床应用,是科技创新成果向新质生产力转化的关键环节。作者从人机料法环测视角分析了高校附属医院在科技成果转化方面的问题。为有效解决目前医院科技成果转化的各类瓶颈问题,武汉协和医院领导高度重视科技成果转化工作,成立知识产权与成果转化领导小组,高度重视专业人才队伍建设工作,出台了系列科技成果转化支撑政策,建立了医院公共科研平台和院企共建实验室,提升了医院科技成果与市场资本对接的能力。医院科技成果转化工作取得了一定成效,授权发明专利数量逐年增加,成果转化数量与金额逐年增加。为高校附属医院科技成果转化提出5点建议:一是优化顶层设计,建立科技成果转化体系;二是强化人才在科技成果转化工作的核心作用;三是建立有组织高标准公共科研平台,配备先进的科研设施设备;四是以“用”为导向,加快高质量科技成果的产出与供给;五是拓宽科技创新与成果转化资金投入渠道。The transformation of scientific and technological achievements bridges basic research and clinical application and is a key link in converting scientific innovation into new productive forces.From the perspective of“man,machine,material,method,environment,and measurement,”the authors analyze the challenges faced by university-affiliated hospitals in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.To effectively address these bottlenecks,Wuhan Union Hospital has prioritized this work by establishing a leadership group for intellectual property and achievement transformation,focusing on professional talent development,issuing supportive policies,building public scientific research platforms,and co-establishing laboratories with enterprises,thereby enhancing its ability to connect scientific achievements with market capital.The hospital has seen steady progress,with an increasing number of authorized invention patents and growing volume and value of transformed achievements.The authors propose five suggestions for universityaffiliated hospitals:(1)optimize top-level design to establish a transformation system;(2)emphasize the core role of talents in achievement transformation;(3)build high-standard public research platforms with advanced facilities;(4)focus on application to accelerate the output and supply of high-quality achievements;and(5)broaden funding channels for innovation and transformation.
