翻转角度对雷达阵面翻转式插箱空调热管理影响的实验研究

摘  要:为了保证雷达天线阵面工作过程重力翻转角度变化时热管理系统仍可有效工作,搭建了可翻转蒸汽压缩热管理实验台架,通过模拟雷达天线阵面工作过程,实验研究了翻转式插箱空调的动态运行特性,确定了整机不同翻转角度下系统性能的变化规律,分析了制冷剂动态分布及其对电子设备热管理的影响。结果表明:空调系统在翻转条件下仍有较高的可靠性,相较于不翻转,翻转工况下空调系统性能略有下降但可平稳运行;前、后翻转90°制冷量下降幅度最高分别为0.29%、6.48%,性能系数下降幅度最高分别为4.11%、6.02%。此外,制冷剂分布有强重力相关性,前、后翻转90°会导致蒸发器制冷剂分布不均,左、右翻转90°对蒸发器制冷剂分布无显著影响。研究结果可为雷达阵面插箱空调的设计应用提供理论和实践参考。To ensure that the thermal management system functions effectively during changes in gravitational flipping angle during the work process of the radar antenna array,a rotatable plug-in box-type air conditioning experimental rig is developed.Through the simulation of the working process of the radar antenna array,the dynamic operating characteristics of the rotatable plug-in box-type air conditioners are analyzed.Variations in system performance under different tilt angles are determined,and the dynamic distribution of refrigerant and its impact on electronic device thermal management is investigated.The results demonstrated that the air conditioning system remains highly reliable under tilted conditions.Compared to the non-tilted state,the system showed minor performance decreases but maintained stable operation under the flipping working condition.The maximum reductions in cooling capacity for forward and backward tilts of 90°were 0.29%and 6.48%,respectively,while the maximum reductions in the coefficient of performance were 4.11%and 6.02%,respectively.Furthermore,the refrigerant distribution is highly affected by gravity;forward and backward tilts of 90°resulted in uneven refrigerant distribution within the evaporator,whereas left and right tilts of 90°had negligible effects.These findings offer theoretical and practical reference for the design and application of plug-in box-type air conditioning systems for radar arrays.
