摘  要:为研究间隙变化对轮缘密封泄漏特性的影响,搭建了轮缘密封泄漏特性实验台,测量了压比为1.1~1.5时轮缘密封在轴向与径向间隙各变化±10%和±20%时的泄漏量,采用数值方法分析了轴向与径向间隙变化对泄漏流动特性的影响机理。结果表明:轮缘密封的泄漏量与泄漏系数均随压比的增大而增大,但增大的趋势减缓,其中泄漏系数随压比增大而减缓的趋势更显著;当压比从1.1增大到1.3时,泄漏系数增大约35.8%,而压比从1.3增大到1.5时流量系数仅增大17.3%;密封齿重叠部分是轮缘密封中影响泄漏性能的主要结构,相同条件下变径向间隙比变轴向间隙对轮缘密封泄漏性能影响更大;相对于设计尺寸下的泄漏量,轴向间隙每增大10%,泄漏流量平均增大2.0%;径向间隙每增大10%,泄漏流量增大5.4%。To study the impact of clearance variation on the leakage characteristics of rim seals,a test rig on measuring rim seal leakage performance is established.The leakage flow rates of the rim seal are measured when the pressure ratio ranges from 1.1 to 1.5,with axial and radial clearances varies by±10%and±20%,respectively.Numerical methods is used to analyze the mechanism of how axial and radial clearances variations affect the leakage flow.The results indicate that both the leakage rate and leakage coefficient of the rim seal increase with increasing the pressure ratio,but the increment rate slows down with the increase of pressure ratio.Notably,the trend of leakage coefficient slowing down with the increase of pressure ratio is more pronounced.As the pressure ratio increases from 1.1 to 1.3,the leakage coefficient is increased by approximately 35.8%,while the leakage coefficient is only increases by 17.3%as the pressure ratio increases from 1.3 to 1.5.The overlapping section of seal teeth is the main structure that affects the leakage performance of the rim seal.Hence,under the same conditions,the variation of radial clearance has a greater impact on the leakage performance of rim seal than the variation of axial clearance.Compared to the leakage rate at the design size,a 10%increase in the axial clearance would result in an average increase of 2.0%in the leakage flow rate,while a 10%increase in the radial clearance would result in an average increase of 5.4%in the leakage flow rate.
