摘　　要：目的:探究阿司匹林联合地屈孕酮规范化治疗多囊卵巢综合征的效果。方法:选取中核四〇四医院2023年1月至2023年12月期间收治的80例多囊卵巢综合征患者,随机分为对照组和研究组,各40例,对照组遵医嘱服用地屈孕酮,研究组通过阿司匹林联合地屈孕酮规范化治疗。对比两组疗效、不良反应、性激素水平。结果:研究组临床疗效高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组、对照组不良反应发生率差异不显著(P>0.05)。研究组治疗后促尿促卵泡素、促黄体生成素、睾酮检测水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:阿司匹林联合地屈孕酮规范化治疗多囊卵巢综合征效果显著,用药不良反应少,促进性激素水平恢复正常。Objective:To explore the effect of aspirin combined with dydrogesterone in the standardized treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods:A total of 80 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome admitted to China Nuclear 404th Hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group took dydrogesterone according to the doctor’s advice,and the study group received standardized treatment with aspirin combined with dydrogesterone.The efficacy,adverse reactions and sex hormone levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The clinical effect of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no signifi cant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).The levels of follicle-stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone and testosterone in the study group after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Aspirin combined with desdrogesterone is effective in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS),with less adverse reactions,which can promote the level of sex hormone to return to normal level.
