标准化营养支持护理方案在急性胰腺炎患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨标准化营养支持护理方案在急性胰腺炎患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年11月至2024年5月期间在甘肃省白银市第三人民医院接受治疗的170例急性胰腺炎患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,各85例,实验组接受标准化营养支持护理方案,对照组则按照常规护理流程进行管理。收集并分析两组患者的临床数据,包括治疗有效率、并发症发生情况等。结果:实验组患者的治疗有效率为89.4%,显著高于对照组的76.5%(P<0.05)。实验组的并发症发生率为10.6%,明显低于对照组的23.5%(P<0.05)。结论:标准化营养支持护理方案对于急性胰腺炎患者的治疗具有积极作用,不仅提高了治疗效果,还减少了并发症的发生,建议将此方案推广应用于临床实践中,以期为急性胰腺炎患者带来更好的护理体验与康复效果。Objective:To investigate the effect of standardized nutrition support nursing in patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods:170 patients with acute pancreatitis treated in Baiyin Third People’s Hospital of Gansu Province from November 2022 to May 2024 were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group(85 cases in each group).The experimental group received standardized nutrition support nursing program,while the control group was managed according to routine nursing procedures.Clinical data of the two groups were collected and analyzed,including treatment effectiveness and complications.Results:The effective rate of the experimental group was 89.4%,which was signifi cantly higher than that of the control group(76.5%)(P<0.05).The complication rate of the experimental group was 10.6%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(23.5%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The standardized nutrition support nursing program has a positive effect on the treatment of patients with acute pancreatitis,which not only improves the treatment effect,but also reduces the occurrence of complications.It is recommended to popularize this program in clinical practice,in order to bring better nursing experience and rehabilitation effect for patients with acute pancreatitis.
