新质生产力视野下的学术出版高质量发展——以学术思想创新指向和学术市场创新场域为例

摘　　要：文章立足“新质生产力是高质量发展的内在要求和重要着力点”,基于新质生产力的创新特点,从学术思想及其价值增值的具体体现即“学术资本”的角度分析出版高质量发展的创新指向,由此进一步引出出版高质量发展的创新场域——学术市场。在此基础上,文章将学术市场细分为学术思想市场和学术出版市场并提出:学术出版高质量发展的核心要义在于推动学术资本的不断增值,其关键在于激活、贯通学术思想市场与学术出版市场,推动实现这两个市场的良性双循环。The article is based on the idea that"new quality productivity is an inherent requirement and important focus of high-quality development".Based on the innovative characteristics of new quality productivity,it analyzes the innovative direction of high-quality development of publishing from the perspective of academic capital,and further leads to the innovative field of high-quality development of publishing-the academic market.On this basis,this article subdivides the academic market into academic thought market and academic publishing market,and proposes that the core essence of high-quality development of academic publishing is to promote the continuous appreciation of academic capital,and the key is to activate and connect the academic thought market and academic publishing market,promoting the realization of a virtuous dual cycle between these two markets.Furthermore,the article elaborates on the function and role of academic democracy in the high-quality development of academic publishing and even the construction of academic communities.
