摘　　要：新质生产力是先进生产力。从本质属性来看,新质生产力从多个层面加速农业转型升级:新的经济增长方式拓展农业多元价值体系,创新主导为农业转型升级提供强劲动力,高科技、高效能和高质量成为农业优化产业结构、促进提质增效、推动优质发展的硬支撑、落脚点和总基调。理论上,新质生产力通过影响劳动力、土地、资本和技术要素,促进数据要素与生产力三要素融合,推动农业生产方式变革等赋能农业转型升级。现实中,新质生产力赋能农业发展面临的现实困境主要体现在四个方面:经济主体推进意愿有待增强、生产要素有效供给亟待扩大、数据要素赋能农业支撑不足、农业科技创新水平仍需提升。发展新质生产力为农业转型升级开启了一扇窗,为我国农业发展长期受困的问题找到了解决办法,具体可从四个方面推进实践,即形成农业新型生产关系、打造农业新型业态、建设农业全产业链和培养农业新型人才。New quality productive forces is advanced productivity.In terms of essential attributes,they accelerate agricultural transformation and upgrading across multiple dimensions:new economic growth patterns expand the diversified value system of agriculture,innovation-led provides a strong impetus for the transformation and upgrading of agriculture,high technology,high efficiency,and high quality serve as the solid foundation,ultimate goal,and overarching theme for optimizing the agricultural industrial structure,enhancing quality and efficiency,and driving high-quality development.Theoretically,new quality productive forces facilitate agricultural transformation and upgrading by influencing labor,land,capital,and technological factors,promoting the integration of data elements with the three core factors of productivity,and driving the transformation of agricultural production methods.In practice,the challenges faced by new quality productive forces enabling agricultural development are primarily reflected in four aspects:the willingness of economic entities to drive this process needs to be strengthened,the effective supply of production factors requires urgent expansion,the enabling role of data elements in agriculture remains insufficient,and the level of agricultural scientific and technological innovation still needs improvement.The development of new quality productive forces has opened new avenues for agricultural transformation and upgrading,providing solutions to the persistent challenges in China's agricultural development.Practical progress can be made specifically from four aspects:formation of new agricultural production relations,developing innovative agricultural business models,building a comprehensive agricultural industrial chain,and nurturing a new generation of agricultural talent.
