摘 要:增生性瘢痕是一种由创伤后真皮成纤维细胞过度增殖导致的病理性瘢痕,因其发病机制复杂,目前治疗仍是一大挑战。微等离子射频技术是近年来新兴的增生性瘢痕的治疗方法,在临床应用中已表现出良好的治疗效果。现就微等离子射频治疗增生性瘢痕的研究进展作一综述。Hypertrophic scar, a pathological scar resulting from excessive proliferation of dermal fibroblasts after trauma, poses a significant therapeutic challenge due to its complex pathogenesis. Micro-plasma radiofrequency technology has emerged as a promising treatment approach for hypertrophic scars in recent years, demonstrating favorable clinical outcomes. This article elaborated and discussed the current status of micro-plasma radiofrequency in the treatment of hypertrophic scars.
