摘  要:外科手术或烧伤后的增生性瘢痕(hypertrophic scar,HS)对许多患者来说是一个严重的问题,瘢痕不仅影响美观,而且会造成患者功能障碍和心理负担。目前,临床上普遍认为激光在治疗HS具有独特的优势已广泛应用。总结近年来临床常见激光治疗手段包括脉冲染料激光、掺钕钇铝石榴石激光、CO_(2)点阵激光、掺铒钇铝石榴石激光等,不同激光作用机制差异较大,故须针对患者病情进行选择。现就不同激光单一治疗或联合治疗方案作一综述。Hypertropic scar(HS) after surgery or burn is a serious problem for many patients, because these scars not only cause some problems of beauty, but also cause functional and psychological burden. At present, it is generally believed that laser has unique advantages in the treatment of HS and is widely used. The common clinical laser treatment methods in recent years include, pulsed dye laser,neodymium doped yttrium aluminum garnet laser, carbon dioxide(CO_(2)) lattice laser, erbium-doped yttrium aluminum garnet laser, etc.However, different laser mechanisms vary greatly, so it is necessary to choose according to the patient's condition. This paper reviews different laser single treatment or combination treatment schemes.
