摘  要:细胞自噬是一种广泛存在于真核生物中的进化上保守的过程,其作为细胞程序化死亡的一种机制,涉及细胞膜对细胞内需要分解的胞质成分、细胞器和蛋白质进行包围,进而形成自噬体。之后,自噬体与溶酶体结合,转化为自噬溶酶体,其中包含的物质被降解,这有助于保持细胞的代谢平衡,促进细胞器的新陈代谢,以及维持细胞内部环境的稳定状态。另一方面,病理性瘢痕是一种由于伤口愈合异常导致的皮肤纤维化病症,主要表现为增生性瘢痕和瘢痕疙瘩。这种病症不仅影响患者的外观和身体功能,还可能引起局部的疼痛或不适。由于自噬在病理性瘢痕的发展过程中扮演着关键角色,现通过自噬在病理性瘢痕形成中的作用及机制的研究作一综述。Autophagy is an evolutionarily conserved process that exists widely in eukaryotes. As a mechanism of programmed cell death, autophagy is formed by surrounding the cytoplasmic components, organelles and proteins that need to be decomposed by the cell membrane. Subsequently, the autophagosome binds to the lysosome and is transformed into an autophagolysosome, which contains substances that are degraded, which helps to maintain the metabolic balance of the cell, promote the metabolism of the organelles, and maintain a stable state of the internal environment of the cell. Pathological scar, on the other hand, is a type of skin fibrosis caused by abnormal wound healing, mainly manifested as hypertrophic scar and keloid. This condition not only affects the patient's appearance and physical function, but may also cause localized pain or discomfort. Since autophagy plays a key role in the development of pathological scar, this article reviews the role and mechanism of autophagy in pathological scar formation.
