摘　　要：皮瓣自身带有供应血运营养的血管蒂,拥有较强的抗感染与修复功能,所以皮瓣移植是临床医师覆盖创面的较优选择。而皮瓣远端的坏死率一直是困扰临床医师的难题,较多学者运用choke区理论解释皮瓣成活问题。现对近年来皮瓣choke区理论研究进展及choke区内新生血管的检测方式作一综述。Skin flaps with their vascular pedicle that supplies both blood and nutrients, possess strong resistance to infection and excellent reparative capabilities, making flap transplantation a superior option for clinicians in wound coverage. However, distal necrosis of the flap remains a persistent challenge for surgeons. The theory of the choke zone has been widely applied to explain flap survival.Summarize the recent advancements in the research of the choke zone theory and the methods for assessing neovascularization within the choke zone.
