摘　　要：非结核分枝杆菌(non-tuberculous mycobacteria,NTM)是与一系列感染相关的环境分枝杆菌。近年来,NTM感染导致全球发病率和死亡率逐渐升高。NTM除了可引起肺部疾病,还可以导致肺外部感染,从而引起严重而广泛的临床综合征。随着我国整形外科的迅速发展,美容整形外科手术及操作的种类和数量日益增长,整形美容市场也呈现出多元化的发展趋势。但因整形美容手术或操作所导致的肺外非结核分枝杆菌(extrapulmonary non-tuberculous mycobacteria,EP-NTM)感染也随之增多。EP-NTM诊断具有挑战性,抗生素联合治疗方案疗程较长,治疗后易复发,通常涉及多次放射学和微生物学检查,并且可能需要其他治疗手段干预。现就整形美容外科操作过程中EP-NTM疾病的临床症状、诊断和治疗的进展作一综述。Nontuberculous mycobacteria are environmental organisms associated with a variety of infections. In recent years,non-tuberculous mycobacterial infections have contributed to a gradual increase in morbidity and mortality worldwide. Besides causing pulmonary disease, nontuberculous mycobacteria can also lead to infections at extrapulmonary sites, resulting in severe and widespread clinical syndromes. With the rapid advancement of plastic surgery in our country, the types and volume of cosmetic procedures are increasing daily, reflecting a trend of diversification in the plastic surgery market. However, there has also been a rise in extrapulmonary non-tuberculous mycobacterial infections associated with plastic surgeries or procedures. Diagnosing these extrapulmonary infections is challenging;it requires prolonged combined antibiotic treatment regimens, is prone to relapse post-treatment, often necessitates multiple radiological and microbiological examinations, and may require other therapeutic interventions. This article reviews the latest advances in the clinical symptoms, diagnosis, and treatment of extrapulmonary non-tuberculous mycobacterial diseases in the context of plastic surgery.
