摘　　要：本文在溯源烟草行业管理诊断初心使命的基础上,立足管理诊断的要义,借鉴《质量管理体系要求》国家标准的架构,探讨了基于环境研判、领导作用、工作策划、资源保障、机制运行和绩效评价七个维度的烟草商业企业管理诊断方法。On the basis of tracing the original intention and mission of management diagnosis in the tobacco industry,this article focuses on the essence of management diagnosis,draws on the architecture of quality management systems-requirement,and explores environment judgement,leadership role,work planning,resource guarantee,mechanism operation,continuous improvement seven dimensions of management diagnosis methods for tobacco commercial enterprises.
