癣清洗剂联合阿莫罗芬乳膏治疗手足癣的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探究癣清洗剂联合阿莫罗芬乳膏治疗手足癣的临床疗效。方法选取2021年9月—2022年12月无锡市第二中医医院皮肤科收治的60例手足癣患者,以治疗方法的不同分为对照1组、对照2组、治疗组,各20例。对照1组予以癣清洗剂浸洗,对照2组予以阿莫罗芬乳膏外用,治疗组予以癣清洗剂浸洗联合阿莫罗芬乳膏外用,对比3组皮损评分、真菌清除率、临床疗效。结果治疗后,治疗组皮损评分为(0.60±0.17)分,低于对照1组的(2.05±0.35)分及对照2组的(2.35±0.52)分,差异有统计学意义(F=41.431,P<0.05)。治疗组真菌清除率高于对照1组与对照2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治愈率高于对照1组及对照2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论癣清洗剂联合阿莫罗芬治疗手足癣疗效显著。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Xuanqing Agent combined with amorolfine cream in the treatment of tinea manus and pedis.Methods A total of 60 patients with tinea manus and pedis in Department of Dermatology of Wuxi Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group 1,control group 2 and treatment group according to different treatment methods,and each group with 20 cases.The control group 1 was treated with Xuanqing Agent,the control group 2 was treated with amorolfine cream for external use,and the treatment group was treated with Xuanqing Agent combined with amorolfine cream for external use.The skin lesion score,fungal clearance rate and clinical efficacy of the three groups were compared.Results After treatment,the skin lesion score of the treatment group was(0.60±0.17)points,which was lower than(2.05±0.35)points of the control group 1 and(2.35±0.52)points of the control group 2,the difference was statistically significant(F=41.431,P<0.05).The fungal clearance rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group 1 and the control group 2,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cure rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group 1 and the control group 2,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of Xuanqing Agent combined with amorolfine in the treatment of tinea manus and pedis is significant.
