半夏白术天麻汤加减治疗痰湿型眩晕的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨痰湿型眩晕患者采用半夏白术天麻汤加减治疗的效果。方法选取2022年10月—2023年10月涟水县中医院收治的86例痰湿型眩晕患者为研究对象,按照治疗方法差异分为对照组(43例,甲磺酸倍他司汀片治疗)与观察组(43例,在对照组基础上联合半夏白术天麻汤加减治疗)。比较两组症状改善情况、临床疗效及血液流变学指标水平。结果相较于对照组,观察组治疗有效率更高[81.40%(35/43)vs 95.35%(41/43)],差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.074,P<0.05)。治疗后,相较于对照组,观察组的中医证候积分、眩晕障碍量表评分更低,右椎动脉、左椎动脉、基底动脉平均血流速度更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论半夏白术天麻汤加减治疗痰湿型眩晕患者疗效可靠,可改善患者血液流变学指标与临床症状。Objective To explore the effect of modified Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction in the treatment of patients with phlegm-dampness type vertigo.Methods From October 2022 to October 2023,a total of 86 patients with phlegm-dampness type vertigo admitted to Lianshui County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects.According to the differences in treatment methods,they were divided into the control group(43 cases,treated with betahistine mesylate tablets)and the observation group(43 cases,treated with modified Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group).The improvement of symptoms,clinical efficacy,and the levels of hemorheological indexes were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher[81.40%(35/43)vs 95.35%(41/43)],and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.074,P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and the Dizziness Handicap Inventory in the observation group were lower,and the average blood flow velocities of the right vertebral artery,left vertebral artery,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Con⁃clusion Modified Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction has a reliable curative effect in the treatment of patients with phlegm-dampness type vertigo,and can improve the hemorheological indexes and clinical symptoms of patients.
