针刺配合补阳还五汤加减治疗对脑卒中后肢体偏瘫患者康复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨针刺配合补阳还五汤加减治疗对脑卒中后肢体偏瘫患者康复的影响。方法选择2021年11月—2023年12月盱眙县中医院收治的96例脑卒中后肢体偏瘫患者,按照治疗方法的不同分为两组,各48例;对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予针刺配合补阳还五汤加减治疗,对比两组治疗效果、中医证候积分、肌张力与日常生活能力。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.83%(46/48),相较于对照组的81.25%(39/48)更高,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.031,P<0.05)。治疗后,组间对比,观察组中医证候积分、肌张力评分均更低,改良Barthel指数更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论针刺与补阳还五汤加减联合治疗脑卒中后肢体偏瘫,可减轻肢体偏瘫症状,提高肢体功能与日常生活能力。Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction on the rehabilitation of patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Methods A total of 96 patients with hemiplegia after stroke admitted to Xuyi County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,muscle tension and daily living ability of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.83%(46/48),which was higher than 81.25%(39/48)compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.031,P<0.05).After treatment,compared between the groups,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and muscle tension in the observation group were lower,and Modified Barthel Index was higher,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the treatment of hemiplegia after stroke can achieve better therapeutic effect,reduce the symptoms of hemiplegia,and improve limb function and daily living ability.
