摘 要:目的探讨X线片联合MRI诊断脊柱骨折的应用价值。方法选择2019年1月—2023年10月南京市六合区人民医院收治的80例疑似脊柱骨折患者为研究对象,均接受X线片、MRI检查,以手术结果为金标准,比较不同检查方式的诊断结果、诊断效能和脊柱骨折类型符合情况。结果X线片联合MRI检查的阳性检出率均高于X线片、MRI单一检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。X线片联合MRI检查的灵敏度、特异度、准确度均高于X线片、MRI单一检查,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。X线片联合MRI检查对良性脊柱骨折诊断符合率为97.92%(47/48)、恶性脊柱骨折的诊断符合率为87.50%(21/24),均高于X线片的79.17%(38/48)、25.00%(6/24)及MRI检查的85.42%(41/48)、37.50%(9/24),差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.000、21.000,P均<0.05)。结论X线片联合MRI技术诊断脊柱骨折的诊断效能及诊断符合率较高。Objective To investigate the application value of X-ray combined with MRI in the diagnosis of spinal fracture.Methods A total of 80 patients with suspected spinal fractures admitted to Liuhe District People's Hospital of Nanjing from January 2019 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects.All patients underwent X-ray and MRI examinations.The results of operation were used as the gold standard,and the diagnostic results,diagnostic efficacy and spinal fracture types of different examination methods were compared.Results The positive detection rate of X-ray combined with MRI was higher than that of X-ray and MRI alone,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of Xray combined with MRI were higher than those of X-ray and MRI alone,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The diagnostic coincidence rate of X-ray combined with MRI for benign spinal fractures was 97.92%(47/48),and the diagnostic coincidence rate of malignant spinal fractures was 87.50%(21/24),which were higher than 79.17%(38/48)and 25.00%(6/24)of X-ray and 85.42%(41/48)and 37.50%(9/24)of MRI,and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.000,21.000,both P<0.05).Conclusion The diagnostic efficacy and coincidence rate of X-ray combined with MRI in the diagnosis of spinal fractures is high.
