阴道B超与腹部B超诊断异位妊娠的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨在异位妊娠诊断中阴道B超与腹部B超的价值。方法选取2020年1月—2023年9月青岛市黄岛区中医医院超声科收治的126例疑似异位妊娠患者为研究对象,以临床综合诊断结果为金标准,所有患者均实施阴道B超、腹部B超检查,比较两种检查方式单独及联合诊断的诊断结果、诊断效能。结果126例疑似异位妊娠患者中,临床综合诊断检出阳性98例,阴性28例;联合检查检出阳性97例,阴性29例;阴道B超检出阳性88例,阴性38例;腹部B超诊断阳性80例,阴性46例。联合检查的阳性预测值、特异度、准确度、阴性预测值、灵敏度均高于阴道B超与腹部B超单一检查,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论阴道B超联合腹部B超检查的诊断效能高于单一检查,对异位妊娠诊断后续治疗具有积极意义。Objective To explore the value of vaginal B-ultrasound and abdominal B-ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods A total of 126 patients with suspected ectopic pregnancy admitted to the Department of Ultrasound in Qingdao Huangdao District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to September 2023 were selected as the research objects.The clinical comprehensive diagnosis results were used as the gold standard.All patients underwent vaginal B-ultrasound,abdominal B-ultrasound examination.The diagnostic results and diagnostic efficacy of single and combined diagnosis of the two methods were compared.Results Among 126 suspected ectopic pregnancy patients,the clinical comprehensive diagnosis detected positive in 98 cases,negative in 28 cases.97 cases were positive and 29 cases were negative by combined examination.Vaginal B-ultrasound detected 88 positive cases and 38 negative cases.Abdominal B-ultrasound diagnosis was positive in 80 cases and negative in 46 cases.The positive predictive value,specificity,accuracy,negative predictive value and sensitivity of combined examination were higher than those of vaginal Bultrasound and abdominal B-ultrasound single diagnosis,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The diagnostic efficiency of transvaginal B-ultrasound combined with abdominal Bultrasound is higher than that of single examination,which is of positive significance for the follow-up treatment of ectopic pregnancy diagnosis.
