摘　　要：目的:评价数字化口内扫描技术在口腔健康宣教中的应用效果。方法:根据纳入标准,将2023年11月至2024年6月就诊于北戴河康复疗养中心洁牙门诊的患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,其中实验组采取数字化口内扫描技术进行个性化口腔健康宣教,对照组采取常规口腔健康宣教,评价指标为:(1)患者口腔卫生行为改善率;(2)阳性发现治疗率;(3)洁牙过程中疼痛程度的VAS评分。结果:两组性别、年龄、是否有洁牙经历、牙石严重程度等方面无统计学差异。实验组和对照组口腔卫生行为改善率分别为75.9%和59%,差异具有统计学意义;实验组和对照组的阳性发现治疗率分别为60%和11.5%,差异同样具有统计学意义;实验组和对照组洁牙过程中的痛苦程度视觉模拟(VAS)评分分别为2(0,2)和2(2,4),两者的差异也具有统计学意义。结论:数字化口内扫描技术能够提供个性化的口腔健康宣教,对比传统口腔健康宣教方式具有一定的优势。AIM:To evaluate the application effect of digital intraoral scanning technology in oral health education.METHODS:According to the inclusion criteria,patients who visited a certain Beidaihe Rest and Recuperation Center dental cleaning clinic from November 2023 to June 2024 were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.The experimental group received personalized oral health education through digital intraoral scanning technology,while the control group received routine oral health education.The evaluation indicators were 1.The improvement rate of patients'oral hygiene behavior;2.The treatment rate of positive findings;3.The VAS score of pain during the teeth cleaning process.RESULTS:The two groups did not show any statistically significant differences in baseline characteristics such as gender,age,history of dental cleaning,and severity of dental calculus.The improvement rate of oral hygiene behavior in the experimental group and the control group were 75.9%and 59%,respectively,with a statistically significant difference;the treatment rates of positive findings in the experimental group and the control group were 60%and 11.5%,respectively,with a statistically significant difference;the VAS scores of pain during the teeth cleaning process in the experimental group and the control group were 2(0,2)and 2(2,4),respectively,with a statistically significant difference.CONCLUSION:Digital intraoral scanning technology can provide personalized oral health education and has certain advantages compared to traditional oral health education methods.
