氯硝西泮联合加减益气聪明汤合通气散对特发性耳鸣的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的 探究特发性耳鸣患者采用氯硝西泮联合加减益气聪明汤合通气散进行治疗的效果。方法 回顾性选取2022年1月—2023年12月于山东省泰安市中心医院接受治疗的93例特发性耳鸣患者的临床资料,按照不同治疗方法分为对照组(n=45,氯硝西泮)与观察组(n=48,氯硝西泮加减益气聪明汤合通气散),比较两组治疗效果、生活质量及生化指标。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为95.83%(46/48),高于对照组82.22%(37/45),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.484,P=0.034)。干预后,与对照组相比,观察组健康调查简表评分更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组干预后一氧化氮水平更高,内皮素-1水平更低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 氯硝西泮联合加减益气聪明汤合通气散治疗特发性耳鸣可有效缓解患者耳鸣症状,提高生活质量,改善生化指标,疗效确切。Objective To explore the effect of clonazepam combined with modified Yiqi Congming Decoction and Tongqi Powder on patients with idiopathic tinnitus.Methods The clinical data of 93 patients with idiopathic tinnitus who were treated in Tai'an City Central Hospital of Shandong Province from January 2022 to December 2023 were retrospectively selected and according to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group(n=45,clonazepam) and the observation group(n=48,clonazepam and modified Yiqi Congming Decoction and Tongqi Powder).The treatment effect,quality of life and biochemical indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.83%(46/48),which was higher than 82.22%(37/45) in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.484,P=0.034).After intervention,compared with the control group,the scores of the 36-item Short Form Health Survey in the observation group were higher,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the level of nitric oxide was higher and the level of endothelin-1 was lower in the observation group after intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Clonazepam combined with modified Yiqi Congming Decoction and Tongqi Powder in the treatment of idiopathic tinnitus can effectively alleviate the symptoms of tinnitus,improve the quality of life and improve the biochemical index,and the curative effect is definite.
