手法复位小夹板外固定结合红白舒筋散治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨桡骨远端骨折患者治疗联合手法复位小夹板外固定和红白舒筋散的临床疗效。方法 选取2022年1月—2024年1月牡丹江医科大学附属红旗医院收治的桡骨远端骨折患者98例,以治疗方法差异性分为对照组(n=49)、观察组(n=49),分别采用手法复位小夹板外固定治疗、结合红白舒筋散外敷治疗。比较两组症状消退时间、骨折愈合时间、腕关节活动度、炎症因子水平、不良反应发生率。结果 与对照组比较,观察组各项症状消退时间及骨折愈合时间均更短,治疗后腕关节活动度更优,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组治疗后肿瘤坏死因子-α为(69.33±7.36)ng/mL、白细胞介素-6为(44.21±5.12)ng/mL、C反应蛋白为(14.28±3.63)mg/L,与对照组的(74.64±7.69)ng/mL、(49.92±5.99)ng/mL、(18.69±3.97)mg/L相比均更低,差异均有统计学意义(t=3.491、5.072、5.738,P均<0.05)。不良反应发生率方面,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 桡骨远端骨折患者采用手法复位小夹板外固定联合红白舒筋散治疗能够进一步提高治疗效果,加快患者症状消退,骨折愈合康复进程缩短,促进腕关节活动度恢复,降低炎症因子水平。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combined manual reduction and small splint external fixation and Hongbai Shujin Powder on patients with distal radius fracture.Methods A total of 98 patients with distal radius fracture admitted to the Affiliated Hongqi Hospital of Mudanjiang Medical University from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected and divided into control group(n=49) and observation group(n=49) according to the differences in treatment methods.They were respectively treated with manual reduction small splint external fixation and combined with external application of Hongbai Shujin powder.The symptom regression time,fracture healing time,wrist joint activity,inflammatory factor levels and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the time of symptom resolution and fracture healing in the observation group were shorter,and the wrist joint motion after treatment was better,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-6 and C-reactive protein,were(69.33±7.36) ng/mL,(44.21±5.12) ng/mL and(14.28±3.63)mg/L in the observation group,compared with the control group(74.64±7.69) ng/mL,(49.92±5.99) ng/mL and(18.69±3.97) mg/L,observation group were lower,and the differences were statistically significant(t=3.491,5.072,5.738,all P<0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions,compared two groups,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients with distal radius fracture with manual reduction and small splint external fixation combined with Hongbai Shujin powder can further improve the therapeutic effect,accelerate the regression of symptoms,shorten the process of fracture healing and rehabilitation,promote the recovery of wrist joint motion and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
