中药封包联合子午流注低频治疗对人工流产术后子宫恢复情况的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探究中药封包联合子午流注低频治疗对行人工流产术患者的干预效果。方法 选取2023年7月—2024年9月于广东省台山市人民医院妇科门诊行无痛人工流产的患者200例,根据不同治疗方法分为对照组(100例,单纯人工流产术后常规治疗)与治疗组(100例,人工流产术后常规治疗增加中药封包联合子午流注低频治疗)。对比两组阴道出血量、阴道出血停止时间、疼痛改善情况、子宫内膜厚度、月经周期、月经量、月经期时间与并发症发生情况。结果 与对照组相比,治疗组阴道出血量更少,阴道出血停止时间、月经周期更短,子宫内膜更厚,月经量更多,月经期时间更长,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗组总体疼痛情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=21.938,P<0.001)。治疗组并发症总发生率为3.00%(3/100),与对照组7.00%(7/100)相比,差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.684,P=0.194)。结论 对人工流产术后患者实施中药封包与子午流注低频联合治疗后,可减少阴道出血量,缩短阴道出血停止时间与月经周期,改善疼痛程度,增加子宫内膜厚度和月经量,延长月经期时间,安全可靠。Objective To explore the intervention effect of traditional Chinese medicine package combined with meridian sequence time low frequency treatment on patients undergoing induced abortion.Methods From July 2023 to September 2024,a total of 200 patients who underwent painless induced abortion in the Gynecological Clinic of Taishan People's Hospital of Guangdong Province were selected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group(100 cases,routine treatment after induced abortion) and treatment group(100 cases,routine treatment after induced abortion plus traditional Chinese medicine package combined with meridian sequence time low frequency treatment).The vaginal bleeding volume,vaginal bleeding stop time,pain improvement,endometrial thickness,menstrual cycle,menstrual volume,menstrual period time and complications were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the vaginal bleeding volume in the treatment group was less,the vaginal bleeding stop time and menstrual cycle were shorter,the endometrium was thicker,the menstrual volume was more,and the menstrual period was longer,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The overall pain of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(Z=21.938,P<0.001).The total incidence of complications in the treatment group was 3.00%(3/100),compared with 7.00%(7/100) in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(χ2=1.684,P=0.194).Conclusion After the combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine package and meridian sequence time low frequency for patients after the induced abortion,the vaginal bleeding volume can be reduced,the vaginal bleeding stop time and menstrual cycle can be shortened,the pain degree can be improved,the endometrial thickness and the menstrual volume can be increased and the menstrual period can be prolonged,which is safe and reliable.
