醋酸曲普瑞林联合知柏地黄丸治疗对中枢性性早熟儿童身高的影响

摘　　要：目的 探究醋酸曲普瑞林联合知柏地黄丸治疗中枢性性早熟的效果及对患儿身高的影响。方法 选取2019年1月—2020年12月南京市江宁中医院收治的中枢性性早熟患儿68例,按治疗方法的不同分为两组,各34例,对照组采取醋酸曲普瑞林治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合知柏地黄丸治疗,对比两组身高和体重指数、治疗效果、性激素指标。结果 治疗后,观察组身高和体重指数均高于对照组,卵泡刺激素和黄体生成素峰值均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。与对照组治疗总有效率[70.59%(24/34)]相比,观察组[97.06%(33/34)]更高,差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.785,P<0.05)。结论 醋酸曲普瑞林联合知柏地黄丸能改善中枢性性早熟患儿性激素指标水平,促进其正常地成长发育,疗效显著。Objective To explore the effect of triptorelin acetate combined with Zhibai Dihuang Pill in the treatment of central precocious puberty and its influence on height of children.Methods A total of 68 children with central precocious puberty admitted to Nanjing Jiangning Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with triptorelin acetate,while the observation group was treated with Zhibai Dihuang Pill on the basis of the control group.The height and body mass index,therapeutic effect and sex hormone indexes of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the height and body mass index of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the peak values of follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Compared with the total effective rate of the control group [70.59%(24/34)],the observation group [97.06%(33/34)] was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=8.785,P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of triptorelin acetate combined with Zhibai Dihuang Pill can promote the improvement of sex hormone indexes levels in children with central precocious puberty and promote their normal growth and development,with significant curative effect.
