强脉冲光联合化痰除瘀汤与中药面膜治疗结节囊肿性痤疮的疗效

摘　　要：目的 探讨治疗结节囊肿性痤疮时强脉冲光联合化痰除瘀汤内服加中药面膜的临床疗效。方法 选取2021年12月—2023年10月在北京市健宫医院皮肤科就诊的结节囊肿性痤疮患者160例,分为研究组、对照组,分组依据为不同治疗方法,各80例。研究组采用化痰除瘀汤内服、中药面膜外用联合强脉冲光治疗;对照组仅给予化痰除瘀汤内服、中药面膜外用治疗。对比两组临床疗效、皮损数量变化及随访2个月观察复发情况。结果 治疗8周、12周后,治疗总有效率研究组为95.00%(76/80)、97.50%(78/80),均高于对照组的77.50%(62/80)、80.00%(64/80),差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.165、6.135,P=0.023、0.013)。治疗后,研究组炎性皮损、非炎性损伤皮损及总皮损数少于对照组,复发率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 强脉冲光配合化痰除瘀汤加中药面膜临床疗效较好,对结节囊肿性痤疮患者起效快且具有较低的复发率。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of intense pulsed light combined with Huatan Chuyu Decoction and traditional Chinese medicine mask in the treatment of nodular cystic acne.Methods A total of 160 patients with nodular cystic acne who were treated in the Department of Dermatology of Beijing Jiangong Hospital from December 2021 to October 2023 were selected and divided into study group and control group.The grouping was based on different treatment methods,80 cases each.The study group was treated with oral administration of Huatan Chuyu Decoction,external application of traditional Chinese medicine mask combined with intense pulsed light.The control group was only given oral administration of Huatan Chuyu Decoction and external application of traditional Chinese medicine mask.The clinical efficacy,changes in the number of skin lesions and recurrence after 2 months of follow-up were compared between the two groups.Results After 8 weeks and 12 weeks of treatment,the total effective rates of the study group were 95.00%(76/80) and 97.50%(78/80),which were higher than 77.50%(62/80) and 80.00%(64/80) of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(χ~2= 5.165,6.135,P=0.023,0.013).After treatment,the number of inflammatory skin lesions,non-inflammatory skin lesions and total skin lesions in the study group were less than those in the control group,and the recurrence rate was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Intense pulsed light combined with Huatan Chuyu decoction and traditional Chinese medicine mask has a good clinical effect,which has a rapid onset and a low recurrence rate in patients with nodular cystic acne.
