桃红四物汤联合视网膜激光光凝、康柏西普、复方樟柳碱治疗视网膜静脉阻塞性黄斑水肿的疗效

摘　　要：目的 分析桃红四物汤联合视网膜激光光凝、康柏西普、复方樟柳碱治疗视网膜静脉阻塞性黄斑水肿的疗效。方法 选取2023年1—12月菏泽市牡丹人民医院与菏泽爱尔眼科医院收治的80例视网膜静脉阻塞性黄斑水肿患者(80眼),根据不同的治疗方法分为两组,对照组(40例,40眼)接受视网膜激光光凝、康柏西普联合复方樟柳碱治疗,研究组(40例,40眼)在对照组的基础上联合应用桃红四物汤治疗。对比两组临床疗效、最佳矫正视力(best corrected visual acuity,BCVA)、黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度(central macular thickness,CMT)。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为95.00%(38/40),高于对照组的75.00%(30/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.803,P=0.028)。治疗后,研究组CMT、BCVA均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 视网膜静脉阻塞性黄斑水肿患者接受视网膜激光光凝、康柏西普联合复方樟柳碱治疗时,联合桃红四物汤可显著提升患者的视力并降低黄斑水肿厚度。Objective To analyze the curative effect of Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with retinal laser photocoagulation,conbercept and compound anisodine in the treatment of retinal vein occlusion macular edema.Methods From January to December 2023,80 patients(80 eyes) with retinal vein occlusion macular edema admitted to Heze Peony People's Hospital and Heze Aier Eye Hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group(40 cases,40 eyes) was treated with retinal laser photocoagulation,conbercept combined with compound anisodine,and the study group(40 cases,40eyes) was treated with Taohong Siwu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,best corrected visual acuity(BCVA) and central macular thickness(CMT) were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.00%(38/40),which was higher than 75.00%(30/40) in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.803,P=0.028).After treatment,the CMT and BCVA of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion When patients with retinal vein occlusion macular edema received retinal laser photocoagulation,conbercept combined with compound anisodine,combined with Taohong Siwu Decoction could significantly improve the patient's vision and reduce the thickness of macular edema.
