麻杏石甘汤联合头孢噻肟钠治疗社区获得性肺炎的研究

摘　　要：目的 分析麻杏石甘汤联合头孢噻肟钠治疗社区获得性肺炎的临床有效性。方法 选取2023年8月—2024年4月寿光市人民医院收治的90例社区获得性肺炎患者,根据不同的治疗方法分为对照组(45例,头孢噻肟钠治疗)、研究组(45例,麻杏石甘汤联合头孢噻肟钠治疗)。对比两组治疗有效率、血气指标、血清炎性因子水平。结果 研究组治疗有效率为97.78%(44/45),高于对照组的84.44%(38/45),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.939,P=0.026)。治疗后,研究组动脉血二氧化碳分压、动脉血氧分压、C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-8、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 麻杏石甘汤联合头孢噻肟钠能显著改善社区获得性肺炎患者的血气表现,缓解炎症反应。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Maxing Shigan Decoction combined with cefotaxime sodium in the treatment of community acquired pneumonia.Methods A total of 90 patients with community acquired pneumonia admitted to Shouguang People's Hospital from August 2023 to April 2024 were selected and divided into control group(45 cases,cefotaxime sodium treatment) and study group(45 cases,Maxing Shigan Decoction combined with cefotaxime sodium treatment) according to different treatment methods.The effective rate of treatment,blood gas indexes and serum inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the study group was 97.78%(44/45),which was higher than 84.44%(38/45) in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.939,P=0.026).After treatment,the levels of arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide,arterial partial pressure of oxygen,Creactive protein,interleukin-8 and tumor necrosis factor-α in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Maxing Shigan Decoction combined with cefotaxime sodium can improve the blood gas performance of patients with community acquired pneumonia and alleviate the inflammatory response.
