醒脾养儿颗粒联合布拉氏酵母菌散治疗儿童消化不良性腹泻的效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨在儿童消化不良性腹泻治疗中采取醒脾养儿颗粒、布拉氏酵母菌散联合方案的价值。方法 选取2021年9月—2023年8月商河县人民医院收治的93例儿童消化不良性腹泻患儿,以治疗方法的不同分为对照组(47例,常规治疗)和观察组(46例,在对照组基础上加用醒脾养儿颗粒联合布拉氏酵母菌散治疗)。比较两组临床疗效、胃肠功能、免疫功能。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为95.65%(44/46),高于对照组的80.85%(38/47),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.883,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组胃动素、胃泌素、生长抑素、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 在儿童消化不良性腹泻治疗中联合应用醒脾养儿颗粒、布拉氏酵母菌散,可以提高治疗效果,改善胃肠功能,调节免疫功能。Objective To explore the value of combined regimen of Xingpi Yanger Granules and Saccharomyces boulardii powder in the treatment of dyspepsia diarrhea in children.Methods A total of 93 children with dyspepsia diarrhea admitted to Shanghe County People's Hospital from September 2021 to August 2023 were selected and divided into control group(47 cases,routine treatment) and observation group(46 cases,treated with Xingpi Yanger Granules combined with Saccharomyces boulardii powder on the basis of the control group)according to different treatment methods.The clinical efficacy,gastrointestinal function and immune function were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.65%(44/46),which was higher than 80.85%(38/47) in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.883,P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of motilin,gastrin,somatostatin,CD3~+,CD4~+,CD8~+ and CD4~+/CD8~+ in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of Xingpi Yanger Granules and Saccharomyces boulardii powder in the treatment of dyspepsia diarrhea in children can improve the therapeutic effect,improve gastrointestinal function and regulate immune function.
