补中益气汤(颗粒)联合艾灸治疗盆腔器官脱垂术后患者的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的 分析补中益气汤(颗粒)联合艾灸治疗盆腔器官脱垂术后患者的临床效果。方法 选取2021年1月—2023年5月江苏省南京市江宁中医院妇科收治的80例盆腔器官脱垂术后患者作为研究对象,按照术后治疗方法的不同分为对照组与观察组。对照组(40例)采用艾灸联合布洛芬治疗,观察组(40例)在对照组基础上增加补中益气汤(颗粒)治疗。对比两组治疗效果、盆腔脏器脱垂定量(Pelvic Organ Prolapse Quantification,POP-Q)分度、盆底肌电值、膀胱残余尿量与基质金属蛋白酶水平。结果 观察组治疗总有效率[90.00%(36/40)]高于对照组[75.00%(30/40)],差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.261,P<0.05)。观察组POP-Q分度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组Ⅰ类肌纤维最大肌电值、Ⅱ类肌纤维最大肌电值高于对照组,膀胱残余尿量少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组基质金属蛋白酶1、基质金属蛋白酶2和基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂2水平均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 盆腔器官脱垂术后的患者采用补中益气汤(颗粒)联合艾灸对改善患者盆底肌电值和POP-Q分度有较好的临床价值。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction(Granules) combined with moxibustion in the treatment of pelvic organ prolapse patients after operation.Methods From January 2021 to May 2023,80 patients with pelvic organ prolapse after operation admitted to the Department of Gynecology of Jiangning Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to different postoperative treatment methods.The control group(40 cases) was treated with moxibustion combined with ibuprofen,and the observation group(40 cases) was treated with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction(Granules) on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,Pelvic Organ Prolapse Quantification(POP-Q) indexing,pelvic floor electromyography,bladder residual urine volume and matrix metalloproteinase levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group [90.00%(36/40)] was higher than that in the control group [75.00%(30/40)],and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=9.261,P<0.05).The POP-Q indexing of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the maximum myoelectric value of type I muscle fiber and the maximum myoelectric value of type Ⅱmuscle fiber in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the residual urine volume of bladder was less than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of matrix metalloproteinase 1,matrix metalloproteinase 2 and matrix metalloproteinase inhibitor 2 in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Buzhong Yiqi Decoction(Granules) combined with moxibustion in the treatment of patients with pelvic organ prolapse after operation has good clinical value in improvi
