自拟促氤助氲汤应用于多囊卵巢综合征致排卵障碍性不孕的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的 探究自拟促氤助氲汤应用于多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)致排卵障碍性不孕的临床疗效。方法 选取2021年6月—2023年6月于新沂市中医医院中医妇科接受治疗的PCOS致排卵障碍性不孕患者100例作为研究对象,按照不同治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组采用氯米芬治疗,观察组在氯米芬治疗基础上结合自拟促氤助氲汤治疗,比较两组黄体生成素(luteinizing hormone,LH)、雌二醇(estradial,E2)水平、子宫内膜容受性。结果 治疗后,观察组LH为(80.36±1.78)U/L、E2为(850.24±15.92)pmol/L,均高于对照组的(60.72±1.24)U/L、(802.98±14.16)pmol/L,差异均有统计学意义(t=64.018、15.685,P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组搏动指数、阻力指数、子宫内膜厚度均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 临床针对PCOS致排卵障碍性不孕实施治疗时,联合应用自拟促氤助氲汤可调节患者性激素水平,提高子宫内膜容受性。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of self-made Cuyin Zhuyun Decoction in the treatment of anovulatory infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods From June 2021 to June 2023,a total of 100 patients with PCOS-induced anovulatory infertility who were treated in the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine Gynecology of Xinyi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with clomiphene,and the observation group was treated with self-made Cuyin Zhuyun Decoction on the basis of clomiphene treatment.The luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2) levels and endometrial receptivity were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the LH and E2 in the observation group were(80.36±1.78) U/L and(850.24±15.92) pmol/L,which were higher than(60.72±1.24) U/L and(802.98±14.16) pmol/L in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=64.018,15.685,both P<0.05).After treatment,the pulsatility index,resistance index and endometrial thickness in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of anovulatory infertility caused by PCOS,the application of self-made Cuyin Zhuyun Decoction can regulate the level of sex hormone and improve endometrial receptivity.
