葛根芩连汤加减在2型糖尿病患者控糖治疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 分析葛根芩连汤加减控糖治疗2型糖尿病患者的应用效果。方法 选取2023年1—12月北京市西城区广外医院收治的100例2型糖尿病患者,按治疗方法差异分为对照组(50例,口服二甲双胍)与研究组(50例,葛根芩连汤加减联合二甲双胍)。对比治疗1个月后,两组糖脂代谢水平、胰岛功能、药物不良反应。结果 治疗后,空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平比较,研究组更低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平比较,研究组更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,相较于对照组,研究组空腹C肽水平、胰岛β细胞功能指数更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,胰岛素抵抗指数比较,研究组低于对照组(2.53±0.36 vs 4.12±1.25),差异有统计学意义(t=8.643,P<0.05)。两组药物不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 葛根芩连汤加减可改善2型糖尿病患者糖脂代谢水平和胰岛功能,安全性较高。Objective To analyze the application effect of the modified Gegen Qinlian Decoction in blood glucose control for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 100 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to Guangwai Hospital in Xicheng District,Beijing from January to December 2023 were selected.According to the differences in treatment methods,they were divided into the control group(50 cases,taking metformin orally) and the study group(50 cases,the modified Gegen Qinlian Decoction combined with metformin).After 1 month of treatment,the levels of glucose and lipid metabolism,islet function,and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,in terms of the levels of fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,the study group had lower values,and in terms of the level of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,the study group had higher values,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the fasting C-peptide level and islet β-cell function index of the study group were higher,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After treatment,in terms of the insulin resistance index,the study group was lower than the control group [(2.53±0.36) vs(4.12±1.25)],and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.643,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The modified Gegen Qinlian Decoction can improve the levels of glucose and lipid metabolism and islet function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,and it has a high safety profile.
