补中益气汤对胃癌化疗患者机体免疫及癌因性疲乏的影响

摘　　要：目的 分析补中益气汤对胃癌化疗患者机体免疫、癌因性疲乏的影响。方法 选取2020年9月—2023年9月在常熟市中医院接受化疗的82例胃癌患者,按照不同治疗方法分为两组,每组41例。对照组行常规化疗治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上应用补中益气汤。比较两组患者治疗前后免疫功能、癌因性疲乏评分及临床疗效。结果 治疗前,两组免疫功能和癌因性疲乏的评分对比,差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。治疗后,观察组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、癌因性疲乏评分优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效为78.05%(32/41),高于对照组的56.10%(23/41),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.473,P=0.034)。结论 胃癌化疗患者应用补中益气汤能有效改善患者的免疫功能和癌因性疲乏水平。Objective To analyze the effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on immune and cancer-related fatigue in patients with gastric cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Methods A total of 82 patients with gastric cancer who received chemotherapy in Changshu Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from September 2020 to September 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 41cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional chemotherapy,and the observation group was treated with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on the basis of the control group.The immune function,cancerrelated fatigue score and clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results Before treatment,there were no significant difference in immune function and the scores of cancer-related fatigue between the two groups(all P>0.05).After treatment,the CD3~+,CD4~+,CD8~+,CD4~+/CD8~+ and the scores of cancer-related fatigue in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 78.05%(32/41),which was higher than 56.10%(23/41) in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.473,P=0.034).Conclusion The application of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in the treatment of patients with gastric cancer chemotherapy can effectively improve the immune function and cancer-related fatigue level.
