龙胆泻肝汤联合阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 研究带状疱疹患者应用阿昔洛韦治疗的同时,加用龙胆泻肝汤的效果。方法 选取2023年7月—2024年1月金沙县中医医院收治的70例带状疱疹患者作为研究对象,依据不同的治疗方案分为两组,每组35例。对照组接受阿昔洛韦治疗,观察组联合应用龙胆泻肝汤和阿昔洛韦治疗。比较两组患者的免疫功能指标水平、中医证候积分、疼痛程度评分、症状改善时间、不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗后,观察组患者的CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)以及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平相较于对照组均更高,CD8^(+)则较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组中医证候积分、疼痛程度评分相较于对照组均更低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组止疱时间[(2.47±0.34)d]、结痂时间[(6.12±1.01)d]、治愈时间[(10.37±0.88)d]、止痛时间[(17.12±0.79)d]均短于对照组[(3.85±0.43)d、(8.08±1.46)d、(14.19±1.52)d、(20.61±1.08)d],差异均有统计学意义(t=14.893、6.532、12.867、15.430,P均<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 带状疱疹患者接受阿昔洛韦联合龙胆泻肝汤治疗的效果理想。Objective To study the effect of acyclovir combined with Longdan Xiegan Decoction in the treatment of herpes zoster patients.Methods A total of 70 patients with herpes zoster admitted to Jinsha County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into two groups according to the different treatment plan,with 35 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with acyclovir,while patients in the observation group were treated with Longdan Xiegan Decoction combined with acyclovir.The immune function index levels,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,pain score,symptom improvement time and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of CD3~+,CD4~+ and CD4~+/CD8~+ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while CD8~+ was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and pain in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The blister stopping time [(2.47±0.34) d],crusting time [(6.12±1.01) d],healing time [(10.37±0.88) d],and pain relief time [(17.12±0.79) d] in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group [(3.85±0.43) d,(8.08±1.46) d,(14.19±1.52) d,(20.61±1.08) d],and the differences were statistically significant(t=14.893,6.532,12.867,15.430,all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of acyclovir combined with Longdan Xiegan Decoction in the treatment of herpes zoster patients is ideal.
