血塞通注射液联合比索洛尔在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病合并心力衰竭患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨血塞通注射液联合比索洛尔在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(coronary heart disease,CHD)合并心力衰竭(heart failure,HF)患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2023年1—12月山东省济南市章丘区人民医院收治的CHD合并HF患者90例,按治疗方法不同分为两组,对照组45例患者使用比索洛尔治疗,研究组45例患者在此基础上联用血塞通注射液。比较两组临床疗效、心功能指标、氨基末端脑钠肽前体(N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide,NT-proBNP)水平与药物不良反应情况。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为95.56%(43/45),较对照组的80.00%(36/45)更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.075,P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,两组各项心功能指标与NT-proBNP水平均优于治疗前,且研究组左室收缩末期内径、左室舒张末期内径、NT-proBNP水平较对照组低,左室射血分数较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组药物不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 CHD合并HF患者在比索洛尔治疗的基础上联用血塞通注射液可进一步改善心功能,降低HF标志物水平。Objective To investigate the application effect of Xuesaitong Injection combined with bisoprolol in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) complicated with heart failure(HF).Methods A total of 90 patients with CHD complicated with HF admitted to Zhangqiu District People's Hospital of Jinan City,Shandong Province from January to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.45 patients in the control group were treated with bisoprolol,and 45 patients in the study group were treated with Xuesaitong Injection on this basis.The clinical efficacy,cardiac function indexes,N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP) level and adverse drug reaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.56%(43/45),which was higher than 80.00%(36/45) of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=5.075,P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the cardiac function indexes and NT-proBNP levels in the two groups were better than those before treatment,and the left ventricular end-systolic diameter,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and NT-proBNP level in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the left ventricular ejection fraction was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reaction between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion On the basis of bisoprolol treatment,patients with CHD complicated with HF combined with Xuesaitong Injection can improve cardiac function and reduce the level of heart failure markers.
