摘　　要：目的 分析隐睾患儿经微创筋膜闭合器辅助下单孔腹腔镜下睾丸下降固定术的治疗效果。方法 选择2021年1月—2023年12月于江南大学附属儿童医院(无锡市儿童医院)诊治的78例隐睾患儿,根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组(39例,实施腹股沟区横切口睾丸下降固定术)与观察组(39例,实施微创筋膜闭合器辅助下单孔腹腔镜下睾丸下降固定术)。比较组间临床指标及并发症发生情况。结果 治疗总有效率比较,两组对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。相较于对照组,观察组术中出血量更少,住院时间及手术时间更短,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。对照组并发症发生率高于对照组[15.38%(6/39) vs 2.56%(1/39)],差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.924,P=0.048)。结论 隐睾患儿经微创筋膜闭合器辅助下单孔腹腔镜下睾丸下降固定术治疗,术中出血量较少,住院时间及手术时间显著缩短,且安全性较高。Objective To analyze the treatment effect of minimally invasive fascial closure assisted singlehole laparoscopic testicular descent fixation in the treatment of cryptorchidism in children.Methods From January 2021 to December 2023,a total of 78 children with cryptorchidism diagnosed and treated in Children's Hospital Affiliated to Jiangnan University(Wuxi Children's Hospital) were selected and divided into two groups,according to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into the control group(39 cases,undergoing orchidopexy through a transverse inguinal incision) and the observation group(39 cases,undergoing orchidopexy under single-port laparoscopy assisted by a minimally invasive fascia closure device).The clinical indicators and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had less intraoperative blood loss,shorter hospital stay and operation time,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the control group was higher than that in the observation group [15.38%(6/39) vs 2.56%(1/39)],and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=3.924,P=0.048).Conclusion Children with cryptorchidism were treated with single-hole laparoscopic testicular descent fixation assisted by minimally invasive fascia closure,the intraoperative blood loss was less,the hospitalization time and operation time were significantly shortened,and the safety was higher.
