后房型有晶体眼人工晶体植入术后拱高与眼前节参数的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的 分析后房型有晶体眼人工晶体(implantable collamer lens,ICL)植入术后拱高与眼前节参数的相关性。方法 回顾性选取2022年1月—2023年6月潍坊眼科医院顺利植入V4c人工晶状体40例(80眼)患者的临床资料,根据其术后拱高将其分为23眼高拱高组(>750μm)、47眼正常拱高(250~750μm)、10眼低拱高组(<250μm),分析眼前节参数和术后拱高的相关性。结果 Spearman相关性分析显示,前房深度(anterior chamber depth,ACD)、前房容积(anterior chamber volume,ACV)、前房面积(anterior chamber area,ACA)、白到白间距(white to white,WTW)、ICL尺寸和术后30 d拱高呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(r_(ICL尺寸)=0.553,r_(ACD)=0.549,r_(ACA)=0.412,r_(WTW)=0.612,r_(ACV)=0.389,P均<0.05)。晶状体厚度(lens thickness,LT)和术后30 d拱高呈负相关,差异有统计学意义(r_(LT)=-0.289,P<0.05)。结论术后30 d拱高与ACD、ACV、ACA、WTW、ICL尺寸、LT具有相关性。Objective To analyze the correlation between vault height and anterior segment parameters in phakic eyes after implantable collamer lens(ICL) implantation.Methods A retrospective selected was conducted on the clinical data of 40 patients(80 eyes) who successfully implanted V4c intraocular lenses at Weifang Ophthalmic Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023.Based on their postoperative arch height,they were divided into 23 eyes with high arch height(>750 μm),47 eyes with normal arch height(250~750 μm) and 10eyes with low arch height(<250 μm).The correlation between anterior segment parameters and postoperative arch height was analyzed.ResultsS pearman correlation analysis showed that anterior chamber depth(ACD),anterior chamber volume(ACV),anterior chamber area(ACA),white to white(WTW),ICL size were positively correlated with arch height 30 d after surgery,and the differences were statistically significant(r_(ICL size)=0.553,r_(ACD)=0.549,r_(ACA)=0.412,r_(WTW)=0.612,r_(ACV)= 0.389,all P<0.05).There was a negative correlation between LT and arch height 30 d after surgery,and the difference was statistically significant(r_(LT)=-0.289,P<0.05).Conclusion The arch height 30 d after surgery was correlated with ACD,ACV,ACA,WTW,ICL size,and LT.
