平衡仪训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者平衡功能及日常生活能力的影响

摘　　要：目的 分析平衡仪训练法对脑卒中偏瘫患者平衡能力、日常生活能力的改善情况。方法选择2023年2月—2024年5月南京市高淳人民医院收治的60例脑卒中偏瘫患者,按照康复治疗方法不同分为两组,每组30例。对照组进行常规康复治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合平衡仪训练。对比两组稳定性、平衡功能、日常生活能力、生活质量。结果 3个疗程后,观察组患者硬板、脚垫睁眼直立下的稳定性指数为33.74±7.13、46.50±7.10,均低于对照组的38.12±6.35、52.05±9.24,差异均有统计学意义(t=2.513、2.609,P均<0.05)。3个疗程后,观察组平衡功能、日常生活能力及生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 通过平衡仪训练可以提高脑卒中偏瘫患者的平衡功能及日常生活能力,提升生活质量。Objective To analyze the improvement of balance ability and daily living ability of stroke patients with hemiplegic by balance instrument training method.Methods From February 2023 to May 2024,a total of 60 stroke patients with hemiplegia admitted to Nanjing Gaochun People's Hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to different rehabilitation methods,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation treatment,and the observation group was combined with balance instrument training on the basis of the control group.The stability,balance function,daily living ability and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After 3 courses of treatment,the stability index of hard plate and foot pad under the open-eye upright in observation group was 33.74±7.13 and 46.50±7.10,which were lower than 38.12±6.35 and 52.05±9.24 of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=2.513,2.609,both P<0.05).After 3 treatment courses,the balance function,daily living ability and life quality scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Balance instrument training can improve the balance function and daily living ability of stroke patients with hemiplegia,and improve the quality of life.
