清洗剂对船载棕榈油洗舱清洗效果的影响研究

摘  要:为探究化学品船洗舱过程中清洗剂对洗舱效果的影响机制,基于自建实验平台开展棕榈油清洗实验,结合FLUENT数值模拟,分析清洗水温度和清洗水中添加乙醇浓度对棕榈油清洗效果的影响。结果表明:随着清洗水温度的升高,残余棕榈油的附着力降低,在冲洗初期(0~8 s),加速了壁面残余棕榈油的清洗效果,清洗水为30℃和40℃时的清洗效果提升速度分别为3%/s和6%/s,明显高于20℃清洗水。随着冲洗水添加清洗剂浓度的升高,对油醇混合物黏度产生关键影响,在冲洗初期(0~8 s),较高浓度的清洗水能有效降低棕榈油-乙醇混合物的黏度,从而提高清洗效果。随着冲洗时间的延长(8~15 s),清洗水浓度对清洗效果的影响逐渐减弱。对比清洗水温度和浓度对清洗效果的影响程度发现:0~2 s和12~15 s时清洗水浓度对清洗效果影响较大,5~10 s时清洗水温度对清洗效果起关键作用。为减少清洗剂的消耗并缩短清洗时间,建议在预洗阶段使用混合高浓度清洗剂的清洗水对化学品舱进行快速冲洗。完成预洗后,使用高温清水对化学品舱进行冲洗。In order to explore the influence mechanism of cleaning agent on the chemical tanker cleaning effect during tank washing,palm oil cleaning experiment was carried out based on self⁃built experimental platform.Combined with FLUENT numerical simulation,the influence of cleaning wa⁃ter temperature and ethanol concentration in cleaning water on the cleaning effect of palm oil was systematically analyzed.The results show that,with the increase of cleaning water tem⁃perature,the adhesion of residual palm oil decreases,and the cleaning effect of residual palm oil on the wall accelerates at the initial stage of washing(0~8 s).The cleaning water speeds at temperatures 30℃and 40℃increase by 3%/s and 6%/s,respectively,significantly higher than that at 20℃.With the increase of the concentration of cleaning agent added to the rinsing water,the viscosity of the oil alcohol mixture was critically affected.In the early stage of rinsing(0~8 s),the higher concentration of cleaning water can effectively re⁃duce the viscosity of the palm oil⁃ethanol mixture,thus impro⁃ving the cleaning effect.With the extension of washing time(8~15 s),the influence of cleaning water concentration on cleaning effect is gradually weakened.The influence degree of cleaning water temperature and concentration on the cleaning effect is compared.It is found that the cleaning water concen⁃tration has a great influence on the cleaning effect at 0~2 s and 12~15 s,and the cleaning water temperature plays a key role in the cleaning effect at 5~10 s.In order to reduce the consumption of cleaning agent and shorten the cleaning time,it is recommended to use cleaning water mixed with high con⁃centration of cleaning agent so as to quickly flush the chemical tank during the pre⁃washing stage.After pre⁃washing,it is suggested to rinse the chemical tank with hot water.
