流动与稳定之间——华北版《新华日报》的游击办报问题

摘　　要：抗战时期中国共产党的游击战法不仅是一种军事战术,更是一种哲学思辨的社会组织方式,它处理的“流动”与“稳定”这对矛盾是事物发展中绝对运动与相对静止的辩证关系。游击办报脱胎于游击战法,过往新闻史研究关注到了这种办报方式在抗战时期的高度流动化特点,但对办报过程中如何处理流动作业与稳定运行之间的辩证关系鲜少讨论。本文通过分析《新华日报》(华北版)相关史料认为,游击办报的新闻采编形式、媒介物料生产、多样化发行网络的构建某种程度上克服了根据地流动与稳定之间的矛盾,展示了解决媒介物质性问题的特殊方式,使得边区媒介传播在时间和空间上相协调,团结根据地军民革命共同体,并随着战争形势不断变化,从而更好地完成联系群众、动员革命的传播职能。这种灵活的辩证思维与实践活动既是中国独立自主新闻学理论体系的体现,也是形成中国式现代化历史经验的重要组成部分。During the period of the Chinese Anti-Japanese War (1931-1945),the guerrilla warfare tactics employed by the Chinese Communist Party constituted not only a military strategy but also a philosophical and speculative approach to social organization.The contradiction between mobility and stability addressed by this approach embodies the dialectical relationship between absolute motion and relative stasis in the development of phenomena.Guerrilla journalism,originating from guerrilla warfare,has been previously studied in the context of its highly fluid characteristics during the Anti-Japanese War period.However,scant attention has been devoted to the discussion of how to reconcile the dialectical relationship between mobile operations and stable functioning in the process of journalism.Through an analysis of relevant historical materials from the Xinhua Daily (North China Edition),this paper argues that the news gathering and editing format,the production of media materials,and the establishment of a diversified distribution network in guerrilla journalism,to a certain extent,overcame the contradiction between mobility and stability in the base areas.It demonstrated a unique approach to addressing materiality issues in media,enabling the coordination of media dissemination in time and space within the border region,thereby uniting the revolutionary community of military and civilians in the base area.Furthermore,as the wartime situation continued to evolve,this approach facilitated the more effective fulfillment of the communication function of connecting with the masses and mobilizing revolution.This flexible mode of dialectical thinking and practical activity serves as both a manifestation of China's independent and indigenous journalism theoretical system and an integral component of the formation of the Chinese path to modernization historical experience.
