摘 要:极端工况下舰船水润滑轴承易产生较多热量致使液膜破裂、润滑失效。针对水润滑夹心衬层轴承在热效应下润滑性能不清晰、摩擦特性不明朗等问题,建立了水润滑夹心衬层轴承流-固-热耦合润滑动力学模型,研究了热效应下水膜的润滑和摩擦性能及衬层结构变化规律;分析了转速、偏心率对水润滑轴承温升的影响,明确了衬层厚度对轴承散热的影响规律,揭示了双衬层之间较大温差产生机理,探明了热效应下衬层变形、应力和应变的变化规律。研究结果丰富了水润滑多衬层结构轴承理论体系,为该类新型轴承国产化提供理论基础。Water-lubricated bearings in ship are prone to produce plenty of heat resulting in the rupture of liquid film and the failure in lubrication under extreme conditions.For the unclear problems of lubrication performances and tribological characteristics of the water-lubricated double liner bearing under thermal effect,the fluid-structure-thermal lubrication dynamic model are established,the lubrication and friction properties of water film and the variation of liner structure of the bearing considering thermal effect are studied.The influences of rotational speed and eccentricity ratio on the temperature rise of the bearing are analyzed.The influences of the liner thickness on the heat dissipation of the bearing are proved.The internal mechanisms of the large temperature difference between liner 1 and liner 2 are revealed.The variation laws of deformation,stress and strain of the liner structure are demonstrated.The results enrich the theoretical system of water-lubricated multi-liner bearings,and provide a theoretical basis for the localization of such bearings.
