摘 要:为研究动压气体止推箔片轴承支撑区域楔形面结构参数对轴承承载力性能的影响,获得高承载力的轴承楔形面结构参数,提出了一种动压气体止推箔片轴承的优化方法。首先将轴承支撑区域模型沿半径方向离散,基于雷诺方程,建立一维轴承支撑区域模型,将优化后的不同半径下的一维模型结构参数组合成为二维模型参数,然后通过仿真分析得到优化后的刚性轴承支撑区域压力分布,利用刚性压力分布来设计支撑刚度,以此来针对平箔片和波纹箔片进行优化。研究结果表明:采用该种方法极大地提高了动压气体止推箔片轴承的承载能力。该优化方法为气体止推箔片轴承的结构设计优化提供了参考。In order to study the influence of wedge-shaped surface structure parameters of dynamic gas thrust foil bearing on bearing capacity performance and obtain bearing wedge-shaped surface structural parameters with high bearing capacity,an optimization method of dynamic pressure gas thrust foil bearing is presented.Firstly,the bearing support region model is discretized along the radius direction.Based on Reynolds equation,a one-dimensional bearing support region model is established,and the optimized one-dimensional model structural parameters under different radii are combined into two-dimensional model parameters.Then,the optimized pressure distribution in the support area of rigid bearing is obtained through simulation analysis,and the bracing stiffness is designed by the rigid pressure distribution,so as to optimize flat foils and corrugated foils.The results show that the bearing capacity of dynamic pressure gas thrust foil bearing is greatly improved by using this method.This optimization method provides a reference for structural design optimization of gas thrust foil bearing.
