摘  要:在大长径比微齿内螺纹磨削过程中,加工干涉、磨削变形及振动始终是影响加工精度的重要原因。针对上述问题,开展了微结构化大磨粒砂轮的微齿内螺纹磨削技术研究。采用平行轴磨削的加工方式,设计了微结构砂轮的截形误差。分析大长径比减振复合磨杆的静态、谐响应和模态性能,从而进行磨削系统结构优化。基于非简化随机磨粒模型,建立了大长径比磨削系统的动力学模型。最后,通过相关实验验证了理论模型的准确性,并进一步优化磨削参数。结果表明:微结构化工具具有调控磨削振动的能力,理论与实验结果的最大误差为8.1%。所加工的螺纹平均齿高为374μm,平均齿形角度为90.1°,平均底部圆角半径为23μm,平均螺距为1.006 mm,满足大长径比内螺纹的加工精度需求。In the grinding process of micro-tooth internal thread with large aspect ratio,the machining interference,grinding deformation and vibration are always important reasons that affect the machining accuracy.Aiming at the above problems,the micro-tooth internal thread grinding technology of microstructured grinding wheel with coarse abrasive grains is studied.The cross-section of cubic boron nitride(CBN)grinding wheel is designed by parallel axis grinding.The static,harmonic and modal performance of the composite grinding rod with large aspect ratio are analyzed,and the grinding system structure is optimized.Based on the non-simplified random abrasive grains model,the dynamic model of grinding system with large aspect ratio is established.Finally,the accuracy of the theoretical model is verified by related experiments,and the grinding parameters are further optimized.The results show that the maximum error between theoretical and experimental results is 8.1%.Microstructured tools have the ability to control grinding vibration.The average tooth height is 374μm,thread profile angle is 90.1°,the average bottom fillet radius is 23μm,the average pitch is 1.006 mm,which meets the machining accuracy requirements of internal thread with large aspect ratio.
