摘　　要：在改进引力模型的基础上,综合运用社会网络分析和区位配置模型,对武汉市新城区乡村养老设施中心地空间关联网络结构进行剖析与定量模拟.研究表明:新城区乡村养老设施中心地存在显著的空间关联与溢出效应,养老服务中心地网络非均衡性明显,呈现“核心—边缘”结构,多中心层级化共存,但网络密度、节点的聚集度较低,网络整体呈现向单一节点集中的趋势;综合考虑养老服务中心地位置、数量和规模,基于最大化有容量限制模型的养老中心地选址较为合理,保持现有养老服务设施,新增10个养老设施中心地,可满足新城区一半居民的养老需求.研究结果可为实现武汉市养老资源的有效均衡配置提供科学参考.Based on the improved gravity model,this paper comprehensively uses social network analysis and location allocation model to analyze the spatial correlation network structure of rural old-age care facilities in Wuhan City's new urban districts,then quantitatively simulate the location and layout of old-age care facilities.Research shows that:There are significant spatial correlation and spillover effects in rural old-age care facilities central places in Wuhan City's new urban districts.The network of old-age care service central place is obviously imbalanced,showing a"core-periphery"structure,and multiple centers coexist in a hierarchical manner,but the network density and nodes of old-age care facilities is low.The network as a whole shows a tendency to concentrate on a single node;Considering the location,number and scale of the old-age care service central places comprehensively,and the location of old-age care central places based on the maximized capacity limited model is more reasonable.Maintain the existing old-age care service facilities and add 10 elderly care facilities central places,which can meet the elderly care needs of half of the residents in Wuhan City's new urban districts.The research can provide a scientific reference for realizing the effective and balanced allocation of old-age care resources.
