摘 要:以AA6061-O铝合金挤压管材为研究对象,采用试验和数值模拟方法研究管材自由胀形过程的变形行为。通过比较试验和常用的各向异性屈服准则Hill48、Barlat89和Yld2000-2d的模拟结果,如胀形压力-高度关系、胀形轮廓和最高点壁厚-压力关系,阐明不同屈服准则对管材液压成形模拟精度的影响及产生影响的原因。结果表明:屈服准则对管材液压成形模拟精度存在显著的影响,其原因在于屈服准则直接决定描述对应成形工艺加载条件下的屈服行为和塑性流动行为。Hill48屈服准则的总体预测精度不及各向同性的Mises屈服准则,故不适用于铝合金管材液压成形。Barlat89屈服准则预测精度虽优于Hill48,但仍存在较大偏差。Yld2000-2d屈服准则对管材液压成形过程变形行为描述的准确性高于其他几个屈服准则,其可以被推荐用于管材液压成形模拟。研究结果为在管材液压成形的实际应用中优选屈服准则提供重要指导。The deformation behavior of extruded 6061-O aluminum alloy tube during the hydro-bulging process is studied by experiment and numerical simulation.By comparing experiments with simulation results predicted by commonly used anisotropic yield criteria Hill48,Barlat89,and Yld2000-2d,such as bulge height vs.pressure relationship,bulging profile and wall thickness vs.pressure relationship,the effect of yield criterion on the simulation accuracy of tube hydroforming and the reasons for its effect are clarified.The results indicate that the anisotropic yield criterion significantly affect the simulation accuracy of tube hydroforming.The reason for this lies in the ability of the yield criterion to accurately describe the yield behavior and plastic flow behavior under the corresponding loading conditions.In comparison to the Mises yield criterion,the Hill48 yield criterion has a lower overall prediction accuracy and is therefore deemed inadequate for simulating the hydroforming of aluminum alloy tubes.Despite being an improvement over Hill48,the Barrat89 yield criterion still exhibits a significant deviation.The Yld2000-2d yield criterion,however,offers the best agreement with experimental results and is therefore recommended for use in tube hydroforming simulation.The findings of this research provide valuable technical support for the application of yield criteria in tube hydroforming and contribute to the field’s knowledge base.
