摘 要:发展壮大农业新质生产力既是实现民族地区高质量发展的必然要求,也是助推民族团结和乡村振兴双融合双促进的重要手段。绿色技术创新作为推进农业现代化与乡村全面振兴的关键力量,是促进农业新质生产力形成、进而实现农业强国目标的重要突破点。为探究绿色技术创新促进农业新质生产力形成的内在机制,本研究选取2012—2022年我国30个省份的面板数据,构建中介效应模型进行了实证分析。研究发现,绿色技术创新对农业新质生产力的形成具有显著的正向促进作用,农业全要素生产率在其中起正向促进的中介作用;绿色技术创新对农业新质生产力发展的影响存在显著的双重门槛效应;绿色技术创新对农业新质生产力的影响在不同地理区域呈现“东北部地区>中部地区>东部地区”的分布趋势,在不同农业功能分区内呈现“粮食主产区>产销平衡区>粮食主销区”的分布趋势,在不同农业科技发展水平地区呈现农业技术创新高水平组>中等水平组>低水平组的趋势。要健全因地制宜发展新质生产力体制机制,加强农业领域关键共性技术、前沿引领技术、现代工程技术、颠覆性技术创新,以提升农业全要素生产率为主线加快发展农业新质生产力。民族地区应立足资源禀赋和优势条件,优先布局相关战略性新兴产业和未来产业,赋能乡村产业高质量发展。As a key driver of agricultural modernization and comprehensive rural revitalization,green technology innovation plays a crucial role in fostering the development of new quality agricultural productive forces and the building of a strong agriculture.This study aims to explore the internal mechanisms by which green technology innovation contributes to the formation of these high-quality agricultural forces.Using panel data from 30 Chinese provinces spanning from 2012 to 2022,the study constructs a mediation model for empirical analysis.The findings reveal that green technology innovation has a significant positive impact on the formation of new quality agricultural productive force,with total factor productivity in agriculture serving as a positive mediator.There is a significant double-threshold effect in the impact of green technology innovation on the development of agricultural new quality productive forces.This impact varies by geographic regions,following this pattern:Northeast>Central>Eastern regions.In terms of agricultural functional sub-regions,the distribution of the impact follows this trend:Major grain-producing areas>Balanced production and consumption areas>Major grain-consuming areas.Moreover,in regions with varying levels of agricultural technology development,the trend is as follows:High-level agricultural innovation groups>Medium-level groups>Low-level groups.The article argues that,it is necessary to improve the institutional mechanism for the development of new quality agricultural productive forces according to local conditions,strengthen the innovations of key shared technologies,leading-edge technologies,modern engineering technologies,and disruptive technologies,and speed up the development of these new quality productive forces with a focus on enhancing total factor productivity in agriculture.Ethnic minority regions should prioritize the investments in strategic emerging industries and future industries based on their resource endowments and advantages,thereby empowering the high-quality
