摘　　要：在2024年国际能源发展高峰论坛上,丹尼尔·耶金指出,全球油气版图因政治博弈与地缘冲突(例如俄乌局势、中东演变)加速重塑,石油属性向政治化转变。石油市场需求侧重要变量来自中国,因新能源替代和液化天然气(LNG)扩大应用致使石油需求提前达峰;在供给侧,美国页岩油气革命及美洲产量崛起推动供应西移,“欧佩克+”面临转型挑战。在能源转型进程中,LNG成为关键桥梁,中美合作将深化其纽带作用。美国政策或加剧传统能源扩张与气候治理矛盾,中国通过新型能源体系平衡能源安全与低碳转型。耶金强调,能源安全是能源转型的基石,须与全球合作并重。At the 2024 International Energy Executive Forum,Daniel Yergin highlighted that the global oil and gas landscape is undergoing rapid transformation,driven by political maneuvering and escalating geopolitical tensions,including the Ukraine issue and evolving dynamics in the Middle East.According to him,oil has become more a political commodity.On the demand side,the most important changes come from China,where the rapid adoption of new energy alternatives and the expanding use of LNG are accelerating the timeline for peak oil demand.On the supply side,the U.S.shale revolution and the growing prominence of the Americas are driving a westward shift in global supply,posing significant challenges for OPEC+as it navigates this transition phase.LNG serves as a critical bridge in the global energy transition,and enhanced U.S.-China cooperation will further strengthen its role as a vital link.However,U.S.energy policies risk exacerbating the tension between traditional energy expansion and climate governance.By contrast,China is striving to balance energy security and a low-carbon transition through the development of a new energy system.As Yergin highlighted,energy security forms the foundation of the energy transition and must be pursued in tandem with robust global collaboration.
