气电作为西北地区风光大基地建设支撑电源最优选择的对比探讨

摘  要:西北地区风能、太阳能资源禀赋优势突出,以沙漠、戈壁、荒漠地区为重点的大型风电、光伏发电大基地建设正加快推进,随着风电、光伏发电装机规模持续扩大,可再生能源随机性、间歇性、波动性的特点给高比例新能源电力系统带来了较大的储能调峰压力,灵活可靠的基础电源是保障风光大基地安全稳定运行的关键。西北地区大多数沙戈荒风光大基地位于缺煤缺水地区,煤电和水电难以承担储能调峰重任。西北地区天然气储量丰富,运储方便,同时气电具有清洁、高效、灵活、经济的优势,可作为该地区沙戈荒风光大基地建设支撑电源的最优选择。The Northwestern China region boasts exceptional endowments of wind and solar energy resources.The region is accelerating the construction of large-scale wind and photovoltaic power generation bases,particularly in desert,Gobi,wilderness areas.However,the randomness,intermittency,and volatility of renewable energy pose great pressure on peak regulation and energy storage to the power system with high proportion of new energy power and the flexible and reliable base power supply is critical to ensure the stable operation of these energy bases as the installed capacity of wind and photovoltaic power continues to expand.Most large-scale wind-solar bases in the desert-Gobi-wilderness regions of Northwest China are located in areas with limited coal and water resources and the coal-fired power and hydropower are hard to undertake the important roles of energy storage and peak load regulation.However,the region is rich in natural gas reserves,which are easily transportable and storable and gas power with its such advantages as cleanliness,efficiency,flexibility,and cost-effectiveness,would be the best choice as the supporting power source for the development of large-scale wind-solar bases in desert-Gobi-wilderness regions.
